Due to difficulties in securing inspection personnel, high costs, and the significant time required for recovery, there is an increasing need for early warning detection through continuous monitoring of embankment slope behavior. By continuously monitoring embankment slopes with inclinometers, rain gauges, and soil moisture sensors, notifications are sent to responsible personnel via email or automated voice calls when abnormal values are detected.
